Returns

You have 29 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Downloadable or digital products
Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sustainablealtllc.biz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
