Returns & Refunds (Sustainable Alt)
Because many of our products are shipped from brand partners and authorized distributors, return eligibility can vary by product.

Return window: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless a product listing states otherwise.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/documentation.

Non-returnable items: Some items (including certain appliances, special orders, and clearance items) may be final sale. If an item is non-returnable, it will be noted on the product page.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number at support@sustainablealtllc.biz. We’ll help coordinate a resolution with the carrier and/or manufacturer.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received/inspected (or per manufacturer policy).

Shipping costs: Original shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable. Return shipping may apply unless the return is due to damage/incorrect item.
