Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM CST)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over [your free shipping threshold] within the contiguous United States.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and shipping costs.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Sustainable Alt LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at support@sustainablealtllc.biz.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
