How warranty support works

  • Manufacturer-backed coverage: Warranty claims are typically handled directly by the manufacturer or their authorized service network.

  • We help you route it fast: If you’re unsure who to contact, email us and we’ll point you to the correct manufacturer support channel and required documents.

  • Your order number

  • Product name + model (if available)

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos/video (if relevant)
